The Kentucky Organization for Student Success (KOSS) is a statewide professional organization dedicated to promoting student success and academic achievement across Kentucky's colleges and universities. A chapter of the National Organization for Student Success (NOSS), KOSS brings together faculty, staff, administrators, and student success professionals who are committed to improving student learning, persistence, retention, and completion through collaboration, innovation, and evidence-based practice. KOSS provides opportunities for professional development, networking, and the exchange of ideas through its annual conference, newsletter, and other resources.
